Hi Vladimir, we will look at it but could you remind me what is the problem with these mobiles ?

They send forms to server, but there is no information (filling forms is absent) at serever. And I try to understand why.

They said that already save and send form to server. But forms is absent at server. Can you explain why and where can be that forms? On application they also is absent, because we cancel saving completed and sent forms.

We have some information from the logs:
(1) 9262151773: there are totally 12 records have been submitted to the server on 11/2 and I am seeing all of these in the View Data tab.
Their IDs are SMI844, ZCL797, ZCL402, VMS488, ZCL456, VMS829, VMS470, VMS553, VMS823, VMS118, VMS728, ZCL346
Could you please tell me which record(s) they can not see on the server so we can check if they are somewhere in the datastore.

(2) 9262386088: we did not see any log from this mobile yet.

11/2 -  you mean 11 of November? 11 of November I see 10 records from him.  

Records, which absent on server sended 11 of November, г. Воскресенск (Voskresensk sity), can you search them in database? Or send me all records in database from account megafon from date 11 November, project "For_Merchendiser" form name "Merch_v32"
