Tuan, hi! We have interesting situation with time which filled our agents.
When they start to fill up form they chose start time and at the end of form - end time.
As you can see at printscreen. But I highligthed yellow collor some strange thing. End time was earlier than start time. How it can happen?
Can we change the format of date and time from mounth/day/year to day/mounth/year, because for our country it's very important and most used format (about 98%).
