Problems with Android 4.3

Tuan, Hi! Today one of our clients agent upgraded his smartphone Samsung Galaxy S3 to version 4.3. After that upgrade he was not able enter to Mytask application. Then he removed application. Now the application is not installed on his Galaxy S3 (Android 4.3). The same problem wit Galaxy Note. Can you explain what happened? And when this problem will be solved?

Hi Vladimir - We can not replicate the problem on N7100 4.3. Would you please have your clients send the support log ? Also please provide us the account/project/name then we can investigate it. Thank you.

He can not to instal the application on his Android 4.3 (Samsung Galaxy S3) That's why he can't send the support log. When his smartphone was version 4.2 -- application worked very good, but after upgrade -- application didn't work and install. And we want decide that problem as soon as possible. Why application didn't work with Samsung Galaxy S3 version 4.3 and Galaxy Note version 4.3 ?

Hi Vladimir - please send us the log by following the below steps in order to help us figure out the problem:
1/ Download and install the “alogcat” application from the Android Market.
2/ Open/run the alogcat application.
3/ Install EasyData app
4/ Go back alogcat
5/ Click on Menu > Share > Mail > send this log to us.
