Regarding this page we need to know the fields and buttons in this page. Also need clarification on the side box with label and textbox. Does venue represent a point? Should all the users have access to this menu or only the "ordinary" user?Does this venue comes under a company?
1) In the current implementation, this page is available for the system
admin when he selects a company. The system admin can add venues
under a company.
Is this functionality correct ?
If not, then to which user is this menu item available ?
2) In the PSD we have 2 Submit buttons.
Can we assume that the first "Submit" button under the Venue name submits the form with only the "Venue Name" parameter being sent to the server ?
AND
The second "Submit" button will submit the form with all other values along with "Venue Name".... The other values will be sent as empty values to server if the user chooses not to fill it ?

This page should be available to everybody, even to unregistered users
Your understanding of two submit buttons is correct.
If user opted only to provide venue name then server is feed with the name
If user opted to provide additional information then server is feed with all fields provided by website user, empty fields are sent as empty
Venue represents a user's understanding of a venue, we will collect these data and process it manually

To Clarify;
1. The facility to add a new Venue / point for a company is restricted to admin role.
2. The facility to "Suggest a New Venue" should be available to all users even to anonymous / unregistered users.
3. Once the user enters the details and hits submit button we will record the data in a stand-alone database table (new table will be created if it doesn't already exist).
4. Currently there is no page to view the data entered by user and the data will have to be manually exported from the database table.
Question on the Menu Item: The PSD shows this menu item in the left menu for registered users. We will need a new place / url to link this page. And probably also modify the left menu (remove this menu item)

I think there is misunderstanding of the essence of "Suggest New Venue" page
Ordinary users of LikeLabs web-site, both registered and non-registred, will be feeding new venues into this page, if they feel it is good.
We, I mean super user of LikeLabs, will gather this information into xls table for further analysis. As soon as we would receive certain number of requests from this from, we will approach the venue, in off-line world, and suggest that venue install iPad with our LikeLabs application.
Think of it as of suggestion box.
If you need further clarification, please let me know.

Point No. 1: Would be done by admin role after you go to the venue in offline-world and they agree to install the iPad with the LikeLabs App.

Since this page will be available to all users, should it be removed from the left menu which we understand appears only for logged-in users (i.e. registered users) ?

no, it should stay in the left menu and be available to log-in user, the suggestions from registered user are more important for us then from non-registred. I will think it over, how to make it available for non-registred users.
