Sorted (by location and rank) Task Status and Save draft

Could you please let us know more about 'Sorted (by location and rank)' task status.
From our assumption , we felt rank was something related to the priority of the job.
Keeping this in mind, we provided a 'Select Priority' drop down for the client interface, while creating a job.
Please find attached the file for your reference.
Also, we found out based on the recently added comments, about a 'Save Draft' button while creating a job.
Is this feature similar to the Gmail drafts, as in before posting the job, I am saving this so that I can post the job later at some point of time. Please do let us know if this how the understanding is.

This feature is not needed. Tasks will only be sorted by location. If client finds that some location is more important than another, he will manually change it's price to a higher one.
2)Safe draft.

Can you please let us know what should be the name of the Job status, if it is in a saved state without posting.
Should this Job status be like 'New', 'In draft', 'Saved etc.
