Advance payment concept

We would like to know if the Advance payment concept is still available for Job creation. Earlier it was
mentioned in the document that Client and the Organizer will conclude a contract for work/services
on the grounds of which the Client will provide an advance to the Organizer (the advance can be
100% or less; also work without advance may be possible at first).We just wanted to confirm if this
concept is still applicable.
