PFA the revised wire frames for Job order creation
1) Client_CreateJob(Custom) -
shows the screen of create job order when client selects Custom as a template type 2) Client_
CreateJob(Start Template) - shows the pop up for creating a new template, when Custom template has been selected from "Select Template" drop down 3) Client_CreateJob screen - shows the screen of create job order when client selects Mystery Shopping as a template type 4) Client_AddQuizandSBSD screen - shows the job order creation screen when a quiz has been added as well the SDSB questionnaire set
Hi, Sudhur! Here are major changes, that have to be made: 1)Wireframes 5_client_dashboard(in progress),6_client_dashboard(not assigned),7__client_dashboard(completed) ,11_client_viewjoborder(pending), 10_client_viewjoborder shouldn't be divided into different pages. It is in fact one page for every Job order.
2)We decided not to let client create his own templates. Maybe, we will add this functionality later. So, there is no custom template and no template creation page.
Pages 12, 15: What does field "price: 2500" mean? We think, that it should be deleted, we already have fields "Amount per location" and "Total amount".
Sudhir Kelappan on August 9, 2012:
Hi Victor
We will make the required changes for point 1 and 2
Regarding point 3, Price range was mentioned earlier in the previous comments of the wire frames. As in on selecting any template type, the following fields will be prefilled with data,as these fields are mandatory:-
1) Description 2)End date 3) Price
This is why we have included the Price field. However this can be removed.
Victor Metelskiy on August 10, 2012:
Hi Sudhir!
Regarding point 3: Yes, i remember, we talked about price range. I thing, it would be better, if it will be displayed on the right side, in the field "how to price a task". So please remove this field from where it is now.
Hi Victor Again sorry for the trouble. Revised screen shot for Create Job order has been mentioned under the discussion point "Clients dashboard" for the understanding of Money Limit.
Victor Metelskiy on August 15, 2012:
Ok
Sudhir Kelappan on August 24, 2012:
Hi Victor
This is with reference to the comment that you had put across for the latest client wire frames(V3.2)
2)Page 10_Client_Post Notification "Select the locations where job needs to be posted" - not needed. Only notification is enough.
We had provided the list of locations so that the client can choose for which all locations, the job needs to be posted, depending on the Money limit distribution. Or else, we would not be able to track out for which all locations, the job can be posted. Is this fine. Can you please let us know otherwise how the money distribution needs to be maintained.
6)Page 17_Client_ViewJob(TopUp) Delete "An amount of 450$ has been topped up to your Money limit field... Select locations where job needs to be posted" Add "An amount of 450$ has been added to your Money limit"
The money isn't beeing topped up, it is just allocated for this project on the clients account.
Text can be changed but the "Select Location...." part, our query is same as above that was mentioned for 2)

The job will be posted in all locations, that are "not assigned" yet.
I'll give an example. Let's say, client posts tasks in 100 locations, paying 10$ for each, so the total amount would be 1000$. Client sets money limit field at 500$, so, maximum of tasks, that can be completed with this money limit is 50. Nevertheless, tasks in all 100 locations will be posted with the status "available". Once, the amount of tasks, that "completed" or "in progress" will be 50, the left 50 tasks, that are "available", will be paused, and not displayed to the agents.

Sudhir Kelappan on August 24, 2012:
Hi Victor
A doubt from our side, will the money limit be always equally distributed( as per your example). Will there be a scenario where money limit is 300 and it has been been divided as Location 1 = 170, Location 2 = 100, Location 3 = 100(Total Amount = 370) If this scenario happens, can you please let us know how this needs to be handled
Victor Metelskiy on August 24, 2012:
Hi Sudhir.
Very easy: All 3 jobs are posted and the first 2, that are taken by agents, will be executed. (100+170 = 270, 100>30 left) or (100+100=200, 170>100 left). The task in location isn't posted anymore if it's price is greater than amount left in money limit. (100>30, 170>100)
Sudhir Kelappan on August 24, 2012:
Hi Victor
Related to the above example , so in which all locations the job will be posted which is not in "paused" mode
(Loc1+Loc2) or (Loc1+Loc3) or (Loc2+Loc3) which combination will be available to agent(In Play mode).
Victor Metelskiy on August 24, 2012:
Hi Sudhir!
Loc1 + Loc2 + Loc3 will be available to agents in the beginning. Even if client post 10 tasks each worth 100$ (total 1000$) and sets money limit to 100$, all 10 tasks will be available, and when the first taks will be taken by agent, other 9 tasks will be paused (automatically).
Victor Metelskiy on August 24, 2012:
Hi Sudhir!
I'll try to explain it otherwise: We have the money limit field, but there is also the "actual money limit". There is no such field, but i will use it for explanation. "Actual money limit" = "Money limit" - sum of prices for completed locations and locations in progress.
So, when a "task x" status changes from "available" to "in progress", "actual money limit" will be reduced by the "task x"price.
If any task's status changes to "in progress", we should compare the price of each left "not assigned" task with "actual money limit". If the price of "not assigned" task is less than "actual money limit", the task remains posted. If the price of "not assigned" task is greater than "actual money limit", the task will be paused.
Victor Metelskiy on August 28, 2012:
Hi Sudhir!
Haven't heard from you for a while. How is the work going? Do you need any other explanations, or you are already imlementing the changes?
