Here is the concept, that we suggest for the clients dashboard. The pie-chart (in progress, completed tasks, not assigned tasks) should be clickable.
If we click on the "in progress" part of the pie-chart, it will lead us to the list of all the tasks, that are already taken (agents assigned), but not completed yet.
Clicking on "comleted tasks" will lead us to a list of completed tasks, where we can see all provided photos, audios, etc. and download a report.
"Not taken yet" will leads us to the list of tasks, which were not assigned yet. Here client can raise the price for execution of these tasks or delete them if he decides to do so.
In the bottom of the page is some billing info and statistics. No need to elaborate this part of this page right now.
We will implement the changes for the dashboard. We just have one question, could you please let us know what exactly the play, pause and pause button is used for?? Does this need to be played as a slide show.
Victor Metelskiy on July 27, 2012:
No, not a slideshow. "Play" means, that project is running good, and everything is ok. "Pause" means that project is paused. Maybe, client want to elaborate smth, make changes etc. (or project can be paused automatically, if there is insufficient funds on client's account. "Stop" means that project is either 100% completed or stopped due to any other reasons.
Only one of these icons will be seen on the screen (according to the status). After clicking on it client will see other two. Here is the example, how it works
We required a small clarification from you, regarding the client dashboard.
We would like to know, in the case where Agents tasks are fully 100% , can you please elaborate to us what would the "Pause" button in this scenario be implemented for?. We just wanted to know how this situation needs to be handled.
Victor Metelskiy on July 31, 2012:
Pause, Play and Stop buttons are only for the orders, that are being executed at the moment. These buttons should not be displayed for the orders, that have the status "pending" or "completed".
Sudhir Kelappan on August 1, 2012:
Hi Victor
Thank you so much for the query
One last doubt related to this.If the whole of the pie chart is 100% complete(attached PNG file for reference), can you please let us know in this case , will the "Pause" as well as "Stopped" button be required for this??
Pause, stop and play buttons are actually used only for the "Not assigned tasks" If the task is 100% in progress/ 100% complete, there should not be any Pause, Stop and Play buttons. Let me give you a few examples of how it should work:
1)Early stage of project - 100% "Not assigned" -
Pause, stop and play buttons available.
When pressing "pause", all tasks will be frozen and not displayed for agents. When pressing "play", all tasks will be displayed for agents again. Whan pressing "stop" - virtually the same as "pause", but probably, these tasks will not be posted again.
2)Middle stage of project - X% "Not assigned", Y% "In progress", Z% "Complete" -
Pause, stop and play buttons available.
When pressing "pause", "Not assigned" tasks will be frozen and not displayed for agents. Pressing this button will not affect "In progress" tasks and "completed tasks". When pressing "play",
"Not assigned" tasks will be displayed for agents again.
Pressing this button will not affect "In progress" tasks and "completed' tasks. Whan pressing "stop" - virtually the same as "pause", but probably, these tasks will not be posted again.
3) Late stage of project - X% "Complete", Y% "In Progress", 0% "Not assigned" - Pause, stop and play buttons NOT available.
4)Final stage of project - 100% "Complete" - Pause, stop and play buttons NOT available.

Hi Victor
PFA the revised wire frames of the Client's Dashboard. First screen( Client_Dashboard) shows the Dashboard screen Second screen ( Client_ProjectStatus) shows the project status of a job, when client clicks on any of the button images and from here, he can select any of the buttons.
Sudhir, we found a few new corrections, that have to be made to the 3_client_Dashboard wireframe:
1)Client should be able to allocate funds for different Job orders. So, please add field "Money limit: $" instead of field "$ remaining". Client will be able to type in any amount in this field. Client will receive a notification, when funds allocated for the certain job order are (almost) spent. Client can type in an amount, which is higher than his overall money balance.
2)"Create new template field" - not needed.
3)In the pie chart "Completed" part should be divided into two parts: "Completed and awaits approval" and "Completed and approved". In case, that client rejects the task, it either goes back to the "not assigned" tasks or deletes from the list of locations.
4) "Job name" should be a hyperlink to the Job's page.
Sudhir Kelappan on August 9, 2012:
Hi Victor
Could you please elaborate more on point no 1). We couldn't quite get the concept.
Points 2) and 3) will be implemented.
Regarding Point 4), can you please let us know in which scenario, while the client rejects the task, this will be deleted from list of locations. When client rejects a task, he will mention the reason types. However their is no option for deleting the task, under the reason types.
Victor Metelskiy on August 10, 2012:
Hi Sudhir!
Regarding point #1: Field "Money Limit:$" is the field, where client types in, what is the total amount of money, he is ready to spend on this job order. For example, clients has a list of 100 locations and pays 10$ for task execution in each of them. But he wants the task done only in 50 locations of 100 and it doesn't matter, which 50. So, he sets field "money limit" to the "500$" (50 locations * 10$). Later, if he would like to finish the task execution in 50 other locations, he will change the "money limit" field to "1000$"
Regarding point #4: We need to elaborate this. My proposition would be to suggest client 3 different options after the task rejection: 1)To suggest agent to complete the task in this location 2)To re-post the task, so that it would be available to all agents 3)To delete the task in this location
Sudhir Kelappan on August 10, 2012:
Hi Victor
Just wanted to confirm these two points:-
Regarding point 1) , while creating a job order, do we need to mention about the over all amount that a client would like to invest for a job order??
Regarding point 4), we have implemented the rejection in such a way that once client clicks on Reject, a pop up appears mention the Reason types which are the following:-
a) Task not 100% complete.
b) Bad completion quality
c) Other
So based on these reason types , do we need to mention the additional Option field too, which contains the actions:-
1)To suggest agent to complete the task in this location 2)To re-post the task, so that it would be available to all agents 3)To delete the task in this location
Please verify this
Victor Metelskiy on August 13, 2012:
1) , while creating a job order, do we need to mention about the over all amount that a client would like to invest for a job order??
I suppose, in the end of the list of locations there has to be a total amount needed. Please add this field. The total amount is the sum of prices of all locations. This field can be changed manually, but client will see the notification, that if he changes it, tasks not in all locations will be executed. Later this field can be changed again.
4) Not based on the reason types. There is no correlation between rejection reason and future action options. So there are 3 fields in rejection page: 1)Reason of rejection (dropdown) a) Task not 100% complete.
b) Bad completion quality
c) Other
2)Comment field
3)Action options
a)To suggest agent to complete the task in this location
b)To re-post the task, so that it would be available to all agents c)To delete the task in this location

Hi Victor
We have already provided a Total amount text field in the wire frame. Would you like us to provide a new field Money Limit in Create New Job Order process
Also once a job has been approved by the organizer, only then the client provides the payment.
PFA the new screen shot of Create New Job Order where, Money limit is being mentioned. This field has been mentioned mainly because when client wants to edit that job and if he has insufficient amount for some reason, then the money limit field can be edited accordingly.
Regarding the pie chart for the Locaton status. For a pie chart, at present we have four types of Location status:
1) Not Assigned 2) In Progress 3) Completed and awaiting approval 4) Completed and approved.
Will there be a "Rejected" status similarly for the pie chart. Especially, when organizer rejects a specific job order and this needs to be viewd by the client, in order to track the job order status
