For Sign up screen, can you please let us know what all are the input values for Business type, which is the drop down field

Hi Sudhir! Please, make a few changes: 1)both legal entities and individuals can be our clients. So, we need different signup fields for both. I think, the best decision would be to make a drop down field "You are a legal entity/individual" and to show all other fields according to the answer. Fields for legal entity are the same. Fields for individuals are:
First name
Last name
Date of birth
Country
City
Street
House №
Zip Code
E-mail address
Mobile number
Username
Password
2) Make "business type" a comment field.
3)Fields "business type", "established on", "number of employees", "about company" are optional. Please, make it understandable for the clients.

Hi Sudhir!
We decided to simplificate the registration field for the beginning.
This page will now look as follows:
Text: "Welcome to Mytask system! You want to become our client? Please, fill following fields and we will contact you!"
Fields: "Name" "Phone number" "e-mail"
Later we will come back to the registration fields, we discussed, but we decided, that as long as we don't have to many clients, we will track registration process manually.

2)Please, delete "contact details" and move telephone and fax number fields to the left
