Here is our concept for the Agent's dashboard. It will in fact be "tasks" page.
First part of agent's dashboard should be page "my tasks", where agent can view tasks, he has to execute, and the tasks, he executed already.
Second part is the "browse available tasks" page, where agent will find new tasks to execute.
And the third part is "my completed tasks" page, where agent can see his ratings, total money paid, etc.
Victor Metelskiy on August 16, 2012:
This is "My tasks" page.
This page will be displayed when agent presses "agent's dashboard" if agent already applied at least for 1 task. Otherwise, "browse available tasks" page will be displayed.
3 types of tasks will be displayed here: "in progress" tasks , "completed and awaits approval" tasks, and "rejected" tasks. "Rejected" tasks will only be shown once. After clicking on it and watching the reason of rejection, agent will have 2 different options: 1)To complete/decline the task in case, client suggested this agent to complete task in this location. If agent agrees to complete the task, the status of the task in this location will be again changed to "in progress" 2)To press "ok" in other cases.
When the task is completed, approved and paid, it transfers to "my completed tasks"
Here agent can find tasks, he wants to execute. Agent can search for it both on the map and in the list of available task.
How the map works:
When agent points the cursor to any task , located on the map, a small comment field with short description, price, amount of photos/questions needed. PFA a screenshot with example.
When agent actually clicks on the icon , a pop-up with full task description should appear.
If agent agrees to execute the task, the task description pop-up will change to mini quiz pop-up.
Map it automatically set to the city, agent mentioned in his personal info, so is the "city" filter. Agent is also can "add to favorites" the tasks, he likes, but isn't sure, that he is ready to execute this task right now.
I have already written comment to this on the "Agent reports" discussion (we decided to rename this page and move it to the "agents dashboard"), i will write it again here:
1)Only completed tasks should be dispayed here.
2)Please add "total amount paid" field and "agent_my earnings" page wil not be needed.
In case of the My Task section, can you please let us know what the map is being displayed for. Also the table columns mentioned under My Task section is unclear. Can you please elaborate on this??
Victor Metelskiy on August 17, 2012:
The map is displayed to let the agent plan his route in case, he has taken more than 1 task.
The columns are:
Status
Deadline
Location
Amount of photos/questions
View task
Contact support

Hi Victor,
Regarding the map display, we still couldn't get you. Did you mean by showing status pins(i.e, In progress, rejected etc) onto the map. Please verify.
Here are the first comments. We will have a discussion with our team and i will give more. Page 5 (my tasks) Agent can't execute tasks all over Russia. So the map on the screen will most probably display only one city, where this agent lives and executes tasks. In fact, map scale should be as large as possible, but is should display all agent's tasks. Let me give you a few examples 1)The agent has chosen 3 locations not far from his home. So, has only got 3 tasks to execute in the center of Moscow. PFA scale_large.jpg 2)The agent has chosen 15 location all over Moscow and suburbs. PFA scale_medium.jpg 3)The agent lives in Moscow, but his family lives in the other city (Novosibirsk). So, he has chosen many locations in Moscow and also one task, he want to execute, when he will travel to his family to Novosibirsk. PFA scale_small.jpg (This situation is quite unprobable, but possible)
Agent would be able to zoom in and out if he will want to.
We think, that it would be better to use Yandex maps, because it is more developed in Russia. The API is almost the same as Google maps API.
Page 9 (Available tasks). The "City" filter should be pre-set to the city, the agent typed in in his personal info. And this city should be displayed on the map.
Agent would be able to zoom in and out or change the filter settings if he will want to.
Victor Metelskiy on August 22, 2012:
Hi, Sudhir!
Page 5 (My tasks) 1)Please add "days left" column next to the "deadline" column. We think, it would be easier for the agent to see both, how many days he got left and when the deadline is. 2)You suggested, that if agent presses on the "job name" in "view task" column, pages 6,7,8 would appear, according to the location status.
We would like to make it slightly different. We suggest to add "My task progress" column.
When agent presses
on the "job name" in "view task" column, the pop-up with job order description would appear. Without any comments or statuses.
When agent presses on the "My task progress", a pop-up with uploaded photos/videos, questionnaire would appear. We would also like to add an activity log here. It would show, when agent started executing the task, when he uploaded the photos, when task was approved etc. PFA "My Task Progress.jpg"
Page 5 (My tasks) 1)Contact support. It is a button, which agent presses, if he wants to ask support about this exact task. Support will receive a message, and it would be already shown in topic, which task this question concerns. 2)We think, it would be better to unite "Photos needed" and "questions needed" fields. We can add "price" here and call this field "Task info". PFA "Task info.jpg" I would suggest to place it upright. 3) It would be better, if the tasks of the same status would stick together. So, the listing would be (from the first to the last):
Page 11(Completed tasks) We think, it would be better if the table will look like this. PFA "agent_completed tasks.jpg"
In "comment" field only first words of comment are displayed, if agent clicks of on it, the pop-up "My Task progress" will appear (there is a comment field in "My task progress" page).
Page 9 (Available tasks) We think, it would be better if the table will look like this. PFA "agent_available.jpg". The stars are clickable, once you click on the star, this task is added to favorites. On the attached picture second task is marked as favorite.
Please add checkbox /button "display favotites". It is also like a filter, when agent will click on it, only favorite tasks will be displayed. So, there is no need to add an extra "favorite tasks" page.
Page 10 (View details) Please add "Start task execution" button. Put a star instead of "add to favorites" button.
Pages 6,7,8: 1)SBSD should also be displayed here if it exists. 2)And as i mentioned before, comments shouldn't be displayed here. Only all Job order description info.

Hi Victor
We have planned to provide the Start Task execution for mobile devices, since all actions such as mini quiz and questionnaire will be performed in the iPhone and Android devices. Please verify
Victor Metelskiy on August 23, 2012:
Hi Sudhir!
No, mini quiz should also be performed on the website. Maybe, "Start task execution" isn't the right name for this button. We can call it "apply for task". So , this task will be assigned to him and get a status "in progress".
I already mentioned, that the mini quiz should be performed here:

Hi Victor
Regarding the image upload in activity log, do we need to mention the date and time for this activity, when all photos as a whole has been uploaded or one photo upload at a time??
Victor Metelskiy on August 23, 2012:
Hi Sudhir
All photos as a whole. Or if photos were uploaded with a significant time gap (let's say, more than 1 hour), there should be a record for each group.
Sudhir Kelappan on August 23, 2012:
Hi Victor
PFA the latest screen shot of the Agent interface.
Wehave placed the My Task progress as a separate screen, instead of a pop up,since the questionnaire can be long, which cannot be fitted in a pop up.
