One last query, while creating a questionnaire , can there be different question types ?? As in if the first question contains an answer set of multiple options and the second question contains an answer of Yes/No, is this possible?? Or is it like when I select a question type, Q&A set should be consistent like that

Yes, questionnaire can contain different question types (multiple choice, yes/no, comment).

Sorry for the misunderstanding. It was mentioned in the earlier comment in this discussion,regarding the Download
questionnaire part. We felt that based on the download functionality, the system will download the file and view the questionnaire, which is why the report contains only images and comments section. Can you please let us know if we have missed out anything, This was our assumption.
