Hi Victor

Regarding the Client list, as per the client sign up, only three fields have been included.
We haven't made anything yet as individual or legal.
Please verify and let us know

Also, having 27 columns for a listing will be too long, which will require a horizontal scroll and that would provide a negative UX.
We can instead limit the number of columns and provide a link so that a detailed screen/pop up can be displayed.

Victor Metelskiy on August 30, 2012:

Hi Sudhir!

Regarding the Client list
Yes, we have left only three fields in client sign up, but this is because we will add all other information about client manually. Later we will have a better understanding of which fields have to be mandatory and we will come back to the full sign up form.

We can instead limit the number of columns and provide a link so that a detailed screen/pop up can be displayed.
Do you mean a detailed screen/pop-up, where 27 fields will be displayed vertically?

Sudhir Kelappan on August 30, 2012:

Hi Victor

Yes a detailed screen where all 27 fields will be displayed vertically

Victor Metelskiy on September 3, 2012:

Hi Sudhir!

We decided, that horizontal scroll would be ok, UX of Organizer area is not so important for the early stage of the project.

Sudhir Kelappan on September 3, 2012:

Hi Victor

For the Job Order listing, can you please let us know what are the types of Status for the Status column.

Also for Tasks listing screen too, do we require a Status column?

Victor Metelskiy on September 4, 2012:

  • In Draft
  • Pending (awaits approval)
  • In progress
  • Paused
  • Closed

Yes,
  • In Draft
  • Available, Not assigned
  • In progress
  • Completed
  • Deleted

Sudhir Kelappan on September 5, 2012:

Hi Victor

Regarding the status "In Draft" for both Job status and Task, can you please let us know when this happens. We had initially used In Draft in client interface, when ever a newly created job is saved without submitting.

Similarly"Pending(Awaits Approval), we have already a section called validation, where Organizer needs to either approve/reject Task.
Please find attached screen shot for reference.

Another query from our side, in which scenario does "Paused status" happen?

Exacly. Job order and tasks are already created and saved somewhere in the system. So, they should have a status "in draft" (created, but not yet posted)

Similarly"Pending(Awaits Approval), we have already a section called validation, where Organizer needs to either approve/reject Task.

Yes, pending tasks will be displayed both in validation section and here.

Another query from our side, in which scenario does "Paused status" happen?
When task (job order) was posted once, but paused later (not completed or deleted). It can happen because of lack of money on client's account or because money limit was reached. When client makes a deposit/ sets money limit to a higher amount, task will be "in progress" again.

Sudhir Kelappan on September 14, 2012:

Hi Victor

Regarding the editing of fields, in the case of agents is it possible to change the e wallet numbers of the payment systems.Would that be insecure to an Agents privacy.

Also, since the agents will always remain public, is it possible to change their login fields.

These are just thoughts from our side and we wanted to confirm this with you.
Please verify this and let us know.

Victor Metelskiy on September 14, 2012:

Hi Sudhir!

Regarding the editing of fields, in the case of agents is it possible to change the e wallet numbers of the payment systems.Would that be insecure to an Agents privacy.
Agree. We will send notification to agent in case, there is some kind of mistake  in these fields and agent will correct it himself. Make WM, YM, Qiwi and Credit card nr not editable.
But than these fields have to accept only digits with spaces or other signs. I mean, for instance credit card number is 123456781234. Some agents will write "1234-5678-1234", some "1234 5678 1234". I think, you know how this needs to be handled. Please consider this.

Also, since the agents will always remain public, is it possible to change their login fields.
What do you mean by "will always remain public"?

Sudhir Kelappan on September 14, 2012:

Hi Victor

Regarding the second query, what we meant to say was, Agents are always active in their jobs and in that the could change their login ids.
