Comments

Victor Metelskiy on August 29, 2012:

Hi, Sudhir!

Here is our concept for SBSD: Store Audit.

Please also add "Brand" and "Description" columns after "Type of product" and "Name" columns. "Questions needed" column can be deleted.

Feel free to ask any questions.

Sudhir Kelappan on September 3, 2012:

Hi Victor

Can you please let us know whether the list of products in the table contained as pre-defined products or whether these all are input fields.

Also can you please explain to us more on "Question applies to each product?" label

Victor Metelskiy on September 4, 2012:

Hi Sudhir!

List of products will be filled by the client (please add a line with empty fields and "add new product" button)

"Question applies to each product?"
That means, that agent will have to answer this question the as many times, as many products are in the list.

f.e., The question is "how many pieces are on the shelf"?  and "Question applies to each product" checkbox is marked.
That means, that agent will have to answer, how many pieces of Hellogs, Mars, Snickers and Bounty are on the shelf.

If  "Question applies to each product" checkbox is not marked, question will only be asked once. Like "Did you think, it was clean in the supermarket?" or "How many people were in supermarket?".

Sudhir Kelappan on September 4, 2012:

Hi Victor

Thank you for the quick reply.
We forgot to ask some more on this.
Can you please let us know what is the "Questions needed" column used for?
And also can you explain more on the third column "Photo", as in the use of that column

Victor Metelskiy on September 4, 2012:

Hi Sudhir!

Please, delete "questions needed" column. We don't need that column

In "photo" column client will upload an example of the product
(1 picture),later it will be displayed to agent to make it easier to recognize and find the product.
When photo is uploaded, client can see a thumbnail.
