We need drawings with meassurments of how the containers will look inside, when they are fully operational.
Is it OK to spilt the wardrobe in two (need separat for men and women). this may increase the cost, but not with much. We also need a room allocated for cupboard. Do you want a new offer with these changes, or should we just push forward?

NØK asks if it`s OK to place the four first containers on the four places farthest North?
This is for avoiding cable crossing and limit the length of the low voltage cables. 

Some questions that came up after the last meeting.
- The locks for the containers are they ment for stoping the container moving or against theft?
- When do you want the fence in place? 
- Do you want Norconsult to handle the budget regarding NØK?

Information after the last meeting.
- NØK will have power on the first transformer ca. April 25th.
- Tronfjell Maskin will probably have the pillars for the first container ready April 25th. 
- We had too scrap the building we planed to use as the office building, Tronfjell Maskin are awaiting drawings/offers from another supplier.
- As soon as we have the office building drawings/costs in place, and your approval, we will send the application to the Labour Inspejction for their approval. We hope to have this ready wednesday/thursday.
- New pictures from the plot will be uploaded shortly
- Norconsult gave me new information about documentation Dataroom AS needs regarding work at the plot. It`s not something that stops the project in any way, but if there is an accident at the plot and this is not in place, there can be issued fines or more serious consequences for the people registered as owner/manger. I have asked Norconsult for an offer regarding this.

The pillars have a steel plate on top, Norconsult suggest to weld the container to this. This will lock the container and prevent it from tipping over. 
The container will then also function as a  strut for the pillars.
Is this OK?

Norconsult is asking about how you want the ourdoor areas to be?
- Do you want green ares? Where?
- Will there be any heavy transport to the containers after they are placed? Do you want the ability to drive close to the containers on all sides?
- Do you want all of the area inside the fenced area to be road?

What do you want to do with the areas outside the fence and office building?
Green, gravel etc.?

Jan Erik is asking if this fence is ok?
It`s cheaper and easy to move around. But it has bigger spaces underneath, also easy to remove.

Norconsult have spoken with the Labor Office today.
Labor Office haven`t had time to look at the Application yet, they assumed that they would get time for it on tuesday or wednesday.

The company that delivers the office building, can have it ready for delivery earlie week 35.
Do we handle this our self, or do we use Tronfjell Maskin for it?

It is the same as the one we got an offer for earlier. To be sure to get it, we have to reserve it as soon as possible.
Who makes the reservation, Fjell IT or Tronfjell Maskin?
If you have decided to still use Tronfjell Maskin, I would recomend that they handle this.

CCTV and using installation/parts from third party supplier:
Relisec says that the alarmsystem should be jablotron, but regarding the cameras we can use almost everything. But they must be involved when the analysis is done.
Regarding the question of the three offers we asked for, they need the updated plot map. I will send it to them as soon as we have gotten them for Norconsult and you have approved them.

I have uploaded the English version now. and the new plot map from Norconsult.
Norconsult also asks for the drawings for the new containers, included measurements and cross section drawings.

Information from Norconsult:
- We need your approval of the updated plot map, or changes you wan`t.

- I guess these containers make more noice, because of the higher number and fans. We therefore must make a new noice measurements. Can you send the necesary information for the new containers, so Norconsult can do the  new measurements.

- We need a new approval from the neighbours (neighbour Notification). 
This time we send it as registered mail, they have two weeks to reply from they recieve the notice. If they don`t reply, it`s the same as "I accept".

- We have to re-apply to the Bulding Office at Tynset Kommune, since the number of containers have increased.

Relisec is unable to Connect the cameras inside the containers to their CCTV system, because the cameras don't support ONVIF. 
August 3rd I updated you on the requirements from Relisec to Connect other cameras to their solution.
I updated you in the comment area under their offer.
