Sorry, I didn’t explane it good enough. Relisec has not opend their system to connect to Mac and mobile app (they have only opened for Windows installation). Alarm systems are not made for us to connect out of curiousity, but in case of trespassers/burglary.
Maxim can probably help you, so you can connect with your Mac to cameras at Alvdal(VPN to Windows machine or other solution).

As far as I understand we have paid full milestone licenses, there should be no limits for us to use it.

Another question to clarify why we have to pay for licenses connecting to Reluces servers, I believe that Relisec should have special arrangements for licensing servers installed at their premises.
I though that we will be charged for licenses on server used in Alvdal, but it turns out that we pay for software installed on Relices server which kind of strange.
Please request licenses numbers from Relisec and contact directly milestone to check that it is correct that we are being charged by Relisec for these licenses.

There is a problem with one of the HikVision cameras. Relisec is doing testing and will provide us with a new camera if the error is on the camera.
I have requested the License numbers from Relisec. Milestone confirms that nobody has bought 16 licenses since August 15th. They might have bought a larger quantity earlier and there are theese Licenses we got. I need to get the License numbers from Relisec before I can get a confirmation.
Milestone also confirmed that there must be one Milestone license pr. Device, connected to Relisec' alarm senter.

The Licenses we have from Relisec is a part of their base License and therefore we don`t get a specific License number.
If we move the alarm sentral to another Company, we contact Relisec and they can move the License to the new Company.
