this amount is unclear to me, please explain 

I added a coment to both invoices, but I will try to explain better.

The economics department made a mistake when they issued the first invoice, it was suppose to containe 3 months lease, but it only contained one month. Therefore they made a second invoice with the two months they forgot in the first invoice.
Both invoices must be paid.
