Foundation for the Office building

The area that the Office building will be installed on, has to be flat and have a topcover.
The exact size of the area isn`t meassured, so Tronfjell Maskin gives a price for this of 46.000,- NOK pr. acres.
The total area will be measured when it`s done and invoiced pr. acres.

I understand why this area has to be flat, but I do not understand why we need topcover under the building

With the gravel that are there today, they can`t get it level enough to satisfy the demands from UCO. They also need the topcover to give a better bearing Surface.
