Offer for fence

Østcom, the Company that gave us an offer last time, didn't give an offer this time.
This offer is supplied from Tronfjell Maskin, from a local Company. The offer has two options and prices.

1.
Price is 957,- pr. meter excluded VAT.
Space between post are +/- 2,5m with a crossbar between posts.
Gates are 4m wide with cast foundation for the posts.
Each gate costs 22.000,- excluded VAT.
Assembly is included.

2.
Price is 688,- pr. meter excluded VAT.
Space between post are +/- 3m without a crossbar between posts.
Gates are 4m wide with cast foundation for the posts. 
Each gate costs 22.000,- excluded VAT.
Assembly is included

Offer 2 is approved, only two gates, all around current setup and future half if possible, if it doesn't make sense please install fence only around current setup - four transformer and 12 containers.

I have measured the total need of  fence and it's 213 meters. The two gates are subtracted in this measurment.
