Notes from Relisec:
- Radar is driven by POe+ and must have switch that supports POe+. The cables can be Cat5e or Cat6.
- PTZ has their own POe injector and must have their of power outlet. for example beside switch.
- Radar and PTZ cameras are placed as in the drawing.
- Cameras in the office building are powered by normal POe.
- Ethernet cables can not be longer than 90m +-, unless we use a signal amplifier. The same goes for POe.
- The alarm cables must end in the same room in the office building, as the network access are located.
- Cabling is not included (I will get this from Østa).

Questions I have forwarded to Relisec:
- Is this system equipped to handle the second stage of the project, with more cameras and radars?
- Is there a controll panel where we can shut down the alarm system, if there is need for late/early work?
- Can they supplie the POe switches?
- The number of fire detectors does not add up.
- Is there a direct uplink to the firedepartment in case of a fire, or does Relisec handle this if the alarm goes off?
- Can Relisec add the ubiquiti cameras inside the containers to their system?

Other related information:
- Office building is estimated week 35 - 37, but because of the summer holiday I won`t get a more exact date before maybe next week.
- Since there probably are so few weeks between when we need the CCTV, and the office bulding are on site. Should we wait for the office bulding and skip the temporarly installation of CCTV equipment in one of the containers?

Answer from Relisec:
- The system can easily be upgraded with more radars and cameras.
- There will be installed a controllpanel in technical room.
- They have POe switches that they can supply
- Number of fire detectors was correct
- The firealarm goes off both in Relisec`s alarmsentral and directly to the fire Department.
- They can add the ubiquiti cameras, as long as they support "ONVIF"

I propose to wait with CCTV installation untill office building is on-site

Cost of equipment and installation, not included digging and cabling : 388.500 ,- NOK

Cost of fire alarm monitoring pr month : 920,- NOK/month

Offer is based on a binding agreement for 36 months.

Cost of perimeter defense monitoring pr month: 4730,- NOK/month

Offer is based on a binding agreement for 36 months.
The system is supplier independent and can be monitored by other security companies after the binding agreement period is over.

Service and maintenance:

6 month intervalls : 8000,- NOK/6 months

All prices are excluded VAT 25%.
