Alarm - it is a set of sensors and hardware which would trigger actions from security company in case of
- breach of perimeter - unauthorized movement onsite - to be visually checked - confirmed by security company representative and New Mining representative - fire
First two will be active only during period of alarm activation - nobody onsite.
Fire alarm should be active 27/7 regardless of presence of employees onsite

Here are some topics you must be aware of, in relation to Norwegian law.: Norwegian Law about privacy is very clear/strict.
- It`s not allowed to film/monitor the workers to see if they do there job
- Filming social rooms like lunchroom, toilet and recreation rooms are not allowed
- To film/monitor areas that normally only workers stay, need a good reason for it to be legal
- Only video is allowed, not sound
- Cameras that can be controlled With pan/til and zoom needs a good reason for it to be legal
- Recordings/monitoring can only be used for Security reasons, it`s not allowed to use it to check when someone comes to work.
- The police is the only one that shall have the recording if any crime has occurd.
- Workers have right to see recordings that shove themself.
- There must be clearly vissible signs that state that the propperty has video surveilance
- Recordings can only be stored for 7 days, if there is likely that a footage will be turned ower to the police, the recording can be kept for 30 days.
- The surveillance system must have extra Security both physicaly and on the network to prevent intrusion.
