To fix the foundation for the three containers, TM needs to do some extra work.
That work will be invoiced according to the hourley rate agreed on earlier.
There will also be placed metal plates under each corner of every container (for the one arrived today and the two arriving tomorrow + all future containers).

We only need 12 if we put one plate under each corner, but TM may need two plates some places to get the container level. The ones we don`t use, we use at the next shippment of containers.
TM`s supplier gets the plates in a bigger size and cut them for us.
If we order only 12, the supplier is left with the rest in there storage. Ordering 12 plates is almost the same price as 16.
