Jonny, an increase is by factor 1,5 - it is kind if ridiculous, please check with TM what is exact reason for such a large increase

I know it`s a big difference. 
The reason is that in their first offer, the forgot to include SP1 as shown in the drawing from Norconsult.
I understand that this is frustrating!

I`m already working With Jan Erik regarding his offer.
But my priority right now is to get as much training time  With Maxim as possible. OK?

Jan Erik stopped by and showed me what his prices are on all the parts that is required for water and sewage.
His cost price is 73.069 + ca. 16.000,- in transportation (transported on two trucks).
Jan Erik will sponsor the insulation for the pipes from kolodets to the building, if it`s needed. 
He uses the same plumber that will Connect the Office building, so they will be able to save some time in coordinating and work hours.
